In Short

  • Lead strategic expansion business growth for current customers.
  • Work directly with potential and existing customers to create business value.
  • Close sales opportunities and ensure renewals.
  • Build personal relationships with a book of accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Maintain reliable forecasts for transparency with management.
  • Become an expert in value propositions and target market.
  • Meet team standards around activity and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 year Sales closing experience or 2+ years of business development experience.
  • Experience in prospecting and closing business.
  • Experience in building personal relationships and expanding accounts.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Fluent in English.
