LRN is a fast-growing SaaS company providing ethics and compliance management solutions to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments and foster ethical and responsible cultures. We are seeking a high performing Enterprise Sales Executive to join our US sales team.

In Short

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to deliver $900k- $1M in B2B sales
  • Manage entire sales cycle from converting leads to securing contracts
  • Run outbound lead generation campaigns
  • Develop subject matter expertise on business, legal, compliance, and ethical trends
  • Engage effectively with C-Level audiences
  • Manage sales activities in Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful program delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience to enterprise clients
  • Proven ability to deliver $800k - $1M annual quota
  • Expertise in solution selling
  • Effective communication skills
  • Competent in Salesforce.com
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
