Overview

The Process and Development Advisor will work closely with the Process & Development Manager to enhance and develop processes within the letting business, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in lettings or property management.
  • Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient IT skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Reapit and/or PropCo is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment.
  • Experience in working with multi-functional teams.
  • Capable of delivering training via web conference or courses.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a complex role.
