Lead Consultant, Change Management - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Change Management Lead Consultant to join as a new member of our Business Enablement team. In this client-facing role, you will bridge the gap between current and future state employee knowledge, skills, and behaviors. You'll ensure that critical initiatives like platform modernization (e.g., Databricks), Power BI adoption, or AI use cases are successfully embraced by business users, leading to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the realization of significant business value.
