Senior Supply Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Publisher Manager/Supply Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be crucial in shaping our publisher’s experience using LoopMe’s Supply Side Platform by overseeing supply integrations, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring efficient troubleshooting efforts. As a senior member of the team, you will drive cross-functional initiatives to improve workflows and utilize your technical expertise to proactively prevent common issues from occurring.

In Short

• Own and manage end-to-end supply operations for a portfolio of publisher partners.
• Represent Supply Operations in cross-functional projects.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Partner with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and payment cycles.
• Build and maintain documentation and best practices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in ad tech ad operations.
• Proven expertise with programmatic advertising and ad serving technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
