Overview

The Financial Reporting Specialist is responsible for internal and external financial reporting and analyses, requiring strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Act as liaison to Senior Management on SEC reporting process.
• Prepare and enhance internal reporting including monthly financial reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years financial reporting experience with a public company.
• Active CPA license preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations.
• Experience with SOX and internal controls.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
