Overview

Longbridge is seeking a Mortgage Processing Team Lead to assist in training and coaching a team of processors while ensuring the quality of loan files.

In Short

• Lead a team of up to 10 processors.
• Assist in training and coaching team members.
• Process applications for submission to underwriting.
• Work with various stakeholders including loan officers and title companies.
• Ensure confidentiality of client files.
• Carry own pipeline when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain communication with loan officers and applicants.
• Meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Utilize PC applications effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years in mortgage processing or reverse experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Analytical skills and customer service orientation.
• High energy and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional behavior at all times.
