• Lead and manage the mortgage processing division, performance metrics, and service level agreements.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve processing efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, underwriting, closing, compliance, and technology teams.
• Implement scalable systems, automation, and process improvements.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to federal, state, and investor guidelines.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent.
• Analyze operational data and trends to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven leadership experience in mortgage operations.
• Deep understanding of mortgage products and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
