Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. This team is responsible for the operational excellence of our GTM team through delivering insights and smart solutions to maximise operational readiness.

• Oversee CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and seamless sales operations.
• Create actionable reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Work closely with various teams to resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Organised and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
