Full-Time Temporary Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and collaborative Full-Time Temporary Systems Administrator (6-Month Term) to join our growing team at LogicManager. As the Systems Administrator, you will help shape the end-user technology experience from onboarding through to ongoing support.

In Short

• Manage user administration and group policies in Azure & Google Workspace.
• Enroll & support users and devices in Single Sign-On, MFA.
• Oversee procurement, provisioning, and distribution of end-user devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot end-user technology issues.
• Develop and implement measures to enhance system performance and security.
• Ensure systems comply with security frameworks such as SOC2, NIST, and FedRamp.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in systems administration or related, focusing on cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure (Entra ID) and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the US (sponsorship not available).
