Overview

LOGEX supports healthcare organizations in making data-driven decisions that lead to better patient outcomes and smarter hospital operations. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our remote team in Germany, who will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth, professional, and solution-oriented use of our digital products.

In Short

  • You are the first point of contact for customer support in healthcare using our digital tools.
  • You organize and manage incoming support requests.
  • You ensure tickets are assigned to the right internal experts.
  • You upload raw data files as part of the support workflow and validate them.
  • You proactively investigate and resolve customer issues.
  • You assist in the onboarding and implementation of digital product applications.
  • You contribute to customer success initiatives and ongoing support.
  • You prepare and lead customer workshops.
  • You support the development of new digital tools and features.
  • You collaborate with sales and marketing in daily operations.

Requirements

  • You have 3-6 years of experience in healthcare, ideally supporting digital solutions.
  • You have a degree in business administration, health economics, public health, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of clinical workflows; experience in the operating room is a plus.
  • Existing network in healthcare (e.g., hospitals, medical technology, HIS providers).
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Solid IT user skills and proficiency with digital platforms.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
