  • Handle a high volume of chats and incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage interactions and keep records updated.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving sales operations.
  • Exchange ideas and communicate with the sales team for improved performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales preferred; SDR experience advantageous.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Italian, and French.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for web-based solutions.
  • Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
