In Short

  • Prequalify inbound leads through telephone, chat, or email.
  • Communicate the value of Lodgify to potential customers.
  • Handle high volumes of chats and incoming calls.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage interactions and records.
  • Participate in improving sales operations and processes.
  • Exchange ideas with the sales team for improved performance.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred; SDR experience is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Italian, and German.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for web-based solutions.
  • Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
