Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Lodgify, you will guide new customers through the setup of their accounts and ensure they maximize their use of our vacation rental software.

In Short

  • Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their Lodgify accounts.
  • Understand customer objectives to ensure proper account setup.
  • Provide a consultative approach to maximize product utilization.
  • Analyze customer feedback and work to improve adoption of products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer value.
  • 1+ year experience in account management or onboarding in SaaS.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Preferred experience in the vacation rental software industry.

Requirements

  • 1+ year as an account manager/onboarding in SaaS.
  • Tech savvy with an understanding of software.
  • Native/Near native level of English and Italian.
  • Experience in consultative customer interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented.
  • Fast learner in a growing environment.
  • Experience in vacation rental software preferred.
