Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Lodgify, you will guide new customers through the setup of their accounts and ensure they make the most of our platform.

In Short

• Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their Lodgify accounts.
• Understand customer objectives to assist them during their journey.
• Provide a consultative approach to maximize the utilization of Lodgify.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in account management/onboarding in a SaaS environment or relevant degree.
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of software.
• Native/Near-native level of English and Italian.
• Experience in consultative selling with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Fast learner able to adapt in a growing environment.
• Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred.
