In Short

  • You are the first point of contact for our potential customers.
  • You know how to convince decision-makers and build sustainable relationships with them.
  • You handle incoming calls and identify the current hurdles of our (future) customers. You advise them on the appropriate use of our products and gather feedback.
  • You contribute your experience in Sales Development Management and support us in improving our sales process.
  • You research potential new customers and develop suitable strategies for outreach, which you implement confidently. You are familiar with various approaches, such as cold calling or contacting via LinkedIn.
  • Ideally, you already have relevant contacts.
  • You maintain contacts not only online but also in person at industry-relevant fairs and events. There you also acquire new potential customers and partners and engage in exchange.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Sales Development or Account Management with a focus on B2B Software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Interest in the field of IT security.
  • Degree/training in business, communication, media, computer science, or similar.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Very good German and English skills (at C1 level).
  • Willingness to travel.
