Overview

Localize is looking for an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our fast-growing, remote-first SaaS company. You’ll be on the front lines of a scaling sales engine, helping global brands unlock value through better localization solutions.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close.
  • Manage both inbound interest and build pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in the $40K–$100K+ ARR range.
  • Lead discovery calls to uncover pain and align use cases with our platform.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to deliver custom demos.
  • Provide structured feedback to Marketing, Product, and CS.
  • Document insights and maintain deal visibility in CRM.
  • Work collaboratively to enhance customer experience.
  • Contribute to the sales playbook and team culture.
  • Work remotely with a focus on self-direction and accountability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with experience closing technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage inbound leads and generate outbound pipeline.
  • Experience selling to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong command of solution-based selling frameworks.
  • Prior success working remotely (4+ years preferred).
  • High technical fluency in JavaScript and HTML.
  • Strong discovery and listening skills.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to map buying journeys.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in customer interactions.
