Overview

The Key Account Executive will support client retention and growth by providing exceptional service and acting as a liaison for valued customers.

In Short

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3+ years in customer-focused or account management roles.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce and Pipedrive.
  • Strong sales acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Residence within the assigned territory.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
