Overview

The Key Account Executive will support and cultivate client retention and growth within the Key Accounts team, ensuring exceptional customer service and a successful long-term relationship with key accounts.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in customer-focused or account management roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Pipedrive.
  • Ability to blend sales acumen with interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time.
  • Flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-obsessed and data-driven.
  • Thorough in understanding client motivations.
