Controller - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our Finance team!

In Short

• Lead the consolidated periodic financial statement close process in accordance with US GAAP.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets.
• Manage financial projects and processes, including implementation of new systems.
• Assist with development and documentation of business processes and financial policies.
• Work closely with global bookkeeping teams and controllers.
• Responsible for periodical reporting to the OCS/IIA.
• Preparation of annual tax returns and statutory reports.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Work closely with auditors on annual audit.

Requirements

• CPA with at least 4 years of experience.
• Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms in the hi-tech sector.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Priority an advantage).
• Knowledge of Israeli taxation.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Proficient in Excel.
