Manager, Growth Marketing & Events - APJ - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our APJ regional events. This role is pivotal in driving engagement, brand awareness, and demand generation through innovative and impactful digital experiences.

In Short

• Develop and execute the strategy for events, including dinners, tradeshows, roundtables and workshops.
• Collaborate with various teams to align event content with business goals and audience needs.
• Own the end-to-end execution of events, including planning and promotion.
• Optimize event formats and engagement tactics to enhance attendee experience.
• Establish and track key performance metrics for all events.
• Oversee event marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners.
• Provide on-site support for events in APJ.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve event strategies.

Requirements

• 5 years of related experience in a CX B2B environment.
• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in planning high-impact events.
• Strong project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset for performance analysis.
• Willingness to travel within APJ.
• Passion for creating engaging customer experiences.
• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheets, and Highspot is a plus.
• A team-first mentality.
