Overview

LivePerson is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join their Conversational Cloud Integration team, focusing on developing strategic products for integrating customer conversations into the LiveEngage platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer in Java and/or Node.js.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
• Proficiency in a frontend development framework (preferably Vue.js).
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and Kibana.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly GCP.
