Application Specialist for Immigration Firm - Remote

Overview

The Application Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently obtaining information from clients via calls and filling out forms from USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) for various immigration cases, including VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Medical DA, and others. Background in legal assistance, immigration law, and USCIS form filing, and customer service will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of immigration applications. Candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

• 100% Remote job
• Schedule: (40 hours per week) Tuesday to Friday: 2:00pm to 11:00pm EST, and Saturday: 10:00am to 7:00pm EST.
• Review biographical documents of the case to ensure accurate data entry for case processing.
• Contact multiple clients back-to-back via phone to obtain important information for the case.
• Fill out immigration applications including VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Medical DA, and others in a timely fashion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines when filling out USCIS forms.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Possesses excellent bilingual (English & Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Background in legal assistance or immigration law preferred.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish English) C1
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Previous background in legal preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately enter client data into forms.
