Overview

A dedicated Team Manager is needed to lead and manage staff resources effectively in the Children’s East, Duty and Assessments Team based in Bradford, providing assessment, care management, and social work services to disabled children and their families.

In Short

  • Lead and manage a team in children's social care.

Requirements

  • Fully accredited DipSW/Social Work degree and registered with Social Work England.
  • Management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in Children’s Social Care.
  • Experience working with diverse service user groups.
  • Knowledge of law relating to children and adult services.
  • Experience in child protection and childcare work.
