Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a busy Disabilities Team based in Cambridgeshire.

In Short

• Assess the needs of individuals with disabilities.
• Develop personalized care plans.
• Provide emotional and practical support to clients and families.
• Advocate for clients' rights in various settings.
• Coordinate services with other professionals.
• Promote independence by helping secure housing, employment, and education.
• Provide training and information about managing disabilities.
• Safeguard vulnerable individuals from abuse and neglect.
• Manage a manageable caseload.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities.
• Good assessments knowledge.
• Thorough understanding of legislation.
