In Short

• Conduct assessments of service users' needs, strengths, and weaknesses.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention and empathetic support to clients.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
