An experienced and qualified Social Worker is needed to join an Older Persons Mental Health Team in Middlesbrough, focusing on supporting adults aged 65+ with mental health needs.

In Short

• Manage casework and conduct reviews for older adults.
• Face-to-face visits five days a week.
