An exciting job role has recently become available at Salford City Council. They are looking for a new member for their Older People Mental Health.

In Short

• Responsible for understanding and identifying pathways for children and families.
• Ensure all recordings are up to date and child-focused.
• Engage in individual and group supervision with practice managers.
• Attend multi-agency meetings, reviews, and conferences.
• Assess, evaluate, and review programs of work with children and families.
• Coordinate services for children under multi-agency protection plans.
• Represent the Local Authority in Private and Public Law proceedings.
• Hybrid working available.
• Diverse caseload.
• Manager happy to be flexible with working arrangements.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
