In Short

• Develop co-produced care plans with service users.
• Conduct risk assessments and management.
• Ensure safeguarding.
• Perform holistic assessments of mental health and social care needs.
• Conduct Care Act assessments.

• Experience working with adults with psychosis and complex needs.
• Experience in Care Act assessments and reviews.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Degree-level qualification in Social Work.
• Relevant post-qualified experience.
