An exciting job role has recently become available at the London Borough of Camden Council. They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team.

In Short

• Coordinate complex cases under the CPA.
• Develop co-produced care plans with service users.
• Conduct risk assessments and management.
• Perform safeguarding and holistic assessments of mental health and social care needs.
• Conduct Care Act assessments.
• Work with carers and wider support networks.
• Partner with other statutory and voluntary organizations.
• Liaise with inpatient units.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and report writing.
• Experience with adults with psychosis and complex needs is essential.

Requirements

• Registered with Social Work England.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
• Post-qualified experience required.
