Overview

Are you a Mental Health Practitioner looking to make an impact within the NHS? We are currently working with West London NHS Trust, which is looking for a range of practitioners to work within integrated community and mental health services. In Short

• Hold significant knowledge of Mental Health Law.
• Be responsible for a caseload as part of the community team.
• Co-ordinate care and communicate with other professionals.
• Ensure regular CPA reviews are held as required.
• Hybrid working - 2 days in the office.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
