Overview

In this essential role within the Community team, you will be responsible for carrying out social work assessments and providing advice and guidance to service users.

Requirements

• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Full UK driving license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work
