Social Worker – Community Team - Remote

Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a busy Community Team based in Bromley.

In Short

• Assess the need for social work services, including identifying risks and the need for protection.
• Determine the method of intervention and advise on the use of appropriate social services and other resources.
• Liaise and negotiate with other professionals, statutory, and voluntary agencies.
• Maintain appropriate records of work undertaken and carry out required administrative procedures.
• Prepare for and attend supervision sessions and staff meetings.
• Manage and monitor an allocated workload within individual, group priorities and Council policies.
• Comply with the statutory obligations of the Group.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
