The Field Sales Representative role is vital for driving revenue growth and building relationships with major retail customers and distributor networks in the assigned territory, working for a leading non-alcoholic beverage brand.

• Field based remote position in Tampa, Florida
• 100% field-based travel with some overnight stays required
• Build partnerships with distributors and retailers
• Apply sales strategies to dominate the premium water category
• Communicate with distributor partners on promotional programs
• Identify new sales opportunities
• Conduct up to 15 field sales visits per day
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business or Sales Marketing
• 1+ years of field sales experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing
• 1+ years of field based sales experience within the Beverage and distributor sales environment preferred
• Direct store delivery (DSD) experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit with adaptability to company changes
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Valid driver license and clean Motor Vehicle Record required
• Willingness to meet high field-based travel needs
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
