In Short

  • Looking for an Account Director for the UK/IE market focused on GSA.
  • Role involves executing sales strategies and regional plans.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to establish long-term relationships.
  • Work with internal functions to build business partnerships.

  • Manage multiple complex sales processes simultaneously.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with key business partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Must have a track record of solution sales success.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in a sales quota-carrying role.
  • Experience carrying a revenue target and developing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
  • Experience within recruitment media and/or HR software.
  • Experience with SaaS sales and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong ability to assess business opportunities.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
