Specialist, HR Operations - Remote

Overview

This role is essential in supporting and improving the ServiceNow platform within HR Operations and extended HR stakeholders at LinkedIn.

In Short

• Support the HRSD System & Reporting Team in the configuration and management of HRSD in ServiceNow.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related changes and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
• Participate in team meetings to enhance platform effectiveness.
• Become an expert on new features in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Support various projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field, or 3+ years equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years ServiceNow administration experience in HRSD.
• 1+ years’ experience with HR technology and systems management.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ServiceNow certification is a plus.
