We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team, focusing on optimizing HR systems and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Check daily attendance reports for all staff.
Input attendance details into the system.
Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Monitor attendance thresholds and communicate with staff.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist with HRIS systems administration.
Act as a point of contact for staff HR inquiries.
Support HR team in identifying trends for improvement.
Suggest process optimizations for better efficiency.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in HR operations.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Knowledge of US labor laws.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with Google Suite and Notion.
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
