The HR Operations Specialist will provide administrative support to the fast-paced, team member oriented, HR Team, managing employee lifecycle processes and assisting with general administrative duties.

Coordinate internal moves with managers and HRBPs.
Maintain data entry to HRIS.
Ensure employment documentation is uploaded into HRIS.
Perform administrative employee lifecycle support duties.
Prepare written communications related to separations notices.
Support recruiters and candidates through the full recruiting cycle.
Manage onboarding requirements of candidates.
Own requisition workflows and manage approvals within ATS.
Respond to contact received via shared mailboxes and email.
Maintain up to date Labor Relations knowledge.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in HR or Recruiting/TA Operations.
Passion for efficiency, automation, and productivity.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines.
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
Personable and approachable demeanor.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
