Product Insights Manager - Remote

Overview

The Product Insights Manager is a strategic partner and advocate for field teams, responsible for representing the voice of sellers and operations in the development and optimization of LinkedIn’s internal Go-To-Market (GTM) tools and technology.

In Short

• Serve as a liaison between field teams, enablement, operations, and product/engineering.
• Coordinate and conduct user feedback sessions to gather qualitative insights.
• Aggregate and analyze user feedback using internal tools and data sources.
• Support the post-launch hypercare period by monitoring user adoption.
• Collaborate with operations teams to resolve user friction.
• Identify, track, and report on key success metrics.
• Partner with product, design, and operations teams for new product development.
• Work closely with enablement teams on communication strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with sales or sales operations teams.
• Experience with GTM systems and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent work experience.
