In Short

• Support the roll‑out and engagement of regional HR processes.
• Assist with harmonization and documentation of HR procedures.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR communication campaigns.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Conduct training needs assessments.
• Support the creation and deployment of learning content and micro‑trainings.
• Oversee internal communications channels.
• Manage and improve SharePoint for HR resources.
• Develop communication campaigns for employee engagement.
• Support senior HR team members across various tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Digital fluency and interest in HR technology.
• High learning agility and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR or related fields.
• Experience with HR systems is preferred.
