Overview

The Product Adoption Specialist will be responsible for delivering training and orientation sessions to golf course customers, helping them fully adopt the software and enhance their Lightspeed experience.

In Short

• Educate and train customers on Golf + POS workflows.
• Partner with Account Managers to resolve issues.
• Implement new product features following upsells.
• Act as a product expert and adoption champion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Log meetings and track customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Requirements

• Experience conducting customer training or onboarding sessions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple customer relationships.
• Fluency in English is required.
• (Bonus) Experience in software, tech support, or the golf industry.
