Overview

We are looking for an Associate Account Executive to join our high performing Hospitality sales team in North America. You will be responsible for driving revenue through phone and email correspondence, as well as screen-sharing presentations to potential customers, ultimately building solutions for restaurateurs looking to adopt Lightspeed.

In Short

  • Follow-up on and manage qualified leads by phone and email.
  • Collaboratively grow the business within a team environment.
  • Lead screen-sharing presentations/demos.
  • Work with management on pricing negotiations.
  • Achieve and surpass sales quotas.
  • Coordinate appointments with Sales Development Representatives.
  • Lead prospects through a defined sales process.
  • Track prospect progression in Salesforce.com.
  • Handle additional duties as defined by management.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in solution-sales or technology-related environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and telephone manner.
  • Understanding of quoting, invoicing, and purchasing.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Passion for people and technology.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a target-based environment.
