In Short

  • Position: Sr Account Executive, Hospitality
  • Division: Partnership Marketing
  • Location: New York City
  • Reports to: Director, Hospitality
  • Responsible for managing C-Suite customer hosting programs.
  • Support event planning and execution for a technology client.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliverables.
  • Assist with finance and billing processes.
  • Experience in client-based events preferred.
  • Hybrid schedule with remote options available.

Requirements

  • Experience in related field (client-based events / executive hosting experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience with on-site event management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Desire to present materials to clients and executives.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours as required.
  • “All in this together” type of demeanor required.

Benefits

  • Base salary range in New York, NY: $70K–80K annually.
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote weekly.
  • Open to fully remote schedule for experienced candidates outside NYC.
