Overview

LifeLabs Learning is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding prospective clients through their first engagement with LifeLabs Learning, delivering top-tier learning and development (L&D) solutions.

In Short

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with target buyers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Understand prospective clients’ unique needs and tailor solutions.
  • Analyze sales data to enhance business development strategies.
  • Lead discovery and follow-up conversations with prospective clients.
  • Attend key account meetings and industry events.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in the company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years client-facing new business sales experience.
  • Knowledge of consulting techniques.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Openness to feedback and self-management.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Bonus: experience in the tech industry.
  • Up to 20% travel required.
