Overview

Life360 is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support its high-growth phase by negotiating and drafting various commercial and technology agreements while providing strategic legal advice across the company.

• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage competing demands.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
