We are seeking a passionate and driven A&R Sales Executive to join our team on a remote, freelance basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of discovering and nurturing new musical talent, helping them navigate their PR journeys.

In Short

• Identify and source new artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media.
• Execute the initial pitch to artists, showcasing our PR services.
• Close deals with artists, labels, and managers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for artists, guiding them through the PR process.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with artists.
• Communicate artist needs and campaign details to team members.
• Add leads to the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in press, radio, and TikTok.

Requirements

• A love for music is essential.
• Familiarity with the music industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience in sales or similar roles is a plus.
