People Partner (German Speaker) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a People Partner who can support and strengthen the people practices that help teams thrive — from performance and development to engagement and culture. You’ll be a trusted partner to managers and employees, combining structured thinking with hands-on execution to deliver effective solutions.

In Short

• Act as a hands-on business partner, guiding managers on performance and team dynamics.
• Collaborate with the Head of People and Talent team for a positive employee lifecycle experience.
• Design and deliver career progression frameworks and learning programs.
• Enhance onboarding to ensure new joiners feel connected and informed.
• Use data and feedback to measure and improve People initiatives.
• 5 years of experience in HRBP or people operations roles.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Strong communicator who can build trust across teams.
• Bilingual or native German speaker with excellent English skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, especially in crypto or Web3 is a plus.

• Proven track record as an individual contributor.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices and compliance.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Skilled with tools like Slack, G Suite, and Figma.
• Bilingual or native German speaker.
• Proactive and adaptable.
• Experience partnering with engineering and product teams is a plus.
• Experience in fast-changing spaces is a bonus.
