• Drive the data strategy and build a strong data culture.
• Act as a bridge between engineers and the company.
• Ensure smooth delivery and promote engineering excellence.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and align practices across teams.
• Define best practices in data modeling, documentation, and governance.
• Mentor and support the data team.
• Lead data efforts across various teams.
• Shape the path toward Head of Data role.
• Translate business questions into data projects.
• Ensure scalable and reliable data pipelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years in data-focused roles.
• Experience mentoring or leading team members.
• Strong technical background with SQL, Python, and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience building or scaling data platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Curiosity about crypto and DeFi.
