Overview

This role is responsible for driving the adoption of our sales and marketing tech stack toolkit, supporting success and adoption of technology tools across the business.

In Short

  • Drive adoption of sales technology tools.
  • Develop strategies to increase adoption rates.
  • Support change management initiatives.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales team members.
  • Create and maintain training materials and user guides.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics related to tool usage.
  • Generate reports on tool utilization and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales tech stack.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or related role.
  • Knowledge of sales technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong).
  • Strong training and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset for data interpretation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
