• Provide inbound and outbound customer service support to candidates using phone, email, and chat.
• Serve as a first point of contact for candidates, resolving their issues by coordinating with teams.
• Ensure availability for scheduled shifts and balance workload with leaders and peers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a professional, virtual contact center or similar environment.
• Must possess a personal computer, a headset, and reliable internet access.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Salesforce.com, Zendesk, Jira, and similar platforms.
• Capable of interpreting complex information for customer inquiries.
• A self-starter able to work autonomously and adapt to changing processes.
